Our Chuck Roll is a favorite at Triangle B Ranch.  We smoke these just like a brisket with an outstanding tender and flavorable end result.  Other times we cut chuck roll steaks and grill or cook whole like prime rib.  Very similar to a ribeye but more ribbon fat and shape variation from end to end.

Chuck Roll is available in 2 sizes:
Regular = Approximately 10 to 13 lbs
Large = Approximately 14 to 20 lbs
